Don't worry if some of the tasks seem unfamiliar—we provide comprehensive training to set you up for success!

The Role:

In this role, you'll be the backbone of our client accounting team, offering vital accounting and administrative support. Full training will be provided, so don't fret if you're not already familiar with all the duties—you'll become a pro in no time! Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring accurate and timely payment of insurer accounts.
  • Conducting routine checks on insurer accounts and addressing any outstanding credits or debits.
  • Organizing payments for insurers online through BACS.
  • Handling various client payments
  • Raising queries and maintaining meticulous logs for unallocated cash receipts.
  • Issuing refunds to our valued clients.
  • Conducting thorough checks on payments made.
  • Keeping a close eye on client receipts and ensuring timely banking.
  • Preparing comprehensive lists of third-party payments made.

We are on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals who can work collaboratively, uphold the highest standards of integrity, and maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Previous work experience is not necessary—all you need are GCSEs in English and Maths to be eligible.
