This rare opportunity would suit an individual who has been working in customer facing roles in other industries and wants to take their first step into property. The business will offer full training and mentoring in this Trainee Sales Negotiator role.

Your responsibilities as a Trainee Sales Negotiator will include, but not be limited to, the following:

• Liaising with applicants and vendors.
• Conducting viewings.
• Negotiating offers.
• Hitting monthly targets.
• Delivering a high level of customer service.

The Trainee Sales Negotiator will be rewarded with the following:

• £17,000 basic salary.
• 3-6 month guarantee.
• OTE £50,000 to £60,000 in year 1.
• Company Car or car allowance.
• Competitive commission structure.
