They are at a pinnacle stage of growth and are now seeking a trainee Estate Agent to join the dynamic team in Kensington. Our client offers marketing leading Estate Agency training and mentoring to ensure fast track development for your career and reward key successes with quarterly trips and schemes.

Your responsibilities as an Estate Agent will include the following:

• Liaising with applicants and landlords.
• Working in a dynamic team to achieve monthly targets.
• Conducting viewings and negotiating offers.
• Delivering a high level of customer service.

You will be rewarded as an Estate Agent with the following:

• A basic salary of £20,000 plus a 2 month guarantee.
• Company car.
• £50,000+ OTE year 1.
