Trainee Estate Agent - Market leader in Hornchurch

*Essentials - Driving licence, own car and customer service experience * - Fuel Paid

Salary guarantee - up to £2000 per month for your first 6 months - OTE up to £35,000+

Generous Commission Structure - £14,000-£16,000 basic salary

5 day working week - Monday - Saturday - Day off during the week - No Sundays

Trainee Estate Agent - duties

• Speak to clients both over the telephone and in person

• Chasing leads and keeping in contact with applicants/clients

• Book in & conduct property viewings

• Negotiate offers & agree sales

• Carry out basic administration

• Generate and book in valuations

Trainee Estate Agent - Skills & experience

• Sales experience preferred but not essential

• Able to demonstrate good customer service skills

• Work as part of a team

• Positive, organised and reliable
