The successful candidate will learn all aspects of estate agency with ongoing training and support.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Arranging and conducting viewings

* Prospecting for new business

* Sales negotiations

* Incoming and outgoing calls

* Arranging solicitor and mortgage referrals

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

* Good people skills both on the phone and face to face

* Confident

* Hard Working

* Proactive making outbound calls

* Confident personality

* Strong Communication Skills

* Self Motivated

* Target Driven

* Proven Sales Experience

A FULL DRIVING LICENCE IS REQUIRED

Hours of work are

Monday to Friday 08.30 - 18.00

Every Other Saturday 09.00 - 16.00
