Time Appointment are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a multinational insurance company based in Ipswich. Due to their continued success and growth, our Client is currently recruiting for a Trainee Data Analyst who is looking to kickstart their career within a supportive business.

Skills & Experience Required:
· Experience of working in an analytical role, or a recent graduate with a degree in a mathematical or analytical related subject
· Strong numerical skills and abilities
· Data processing and analysis skills, with excellent accuracy and high attention to detail
· The ability to proactively problem solve and work on your own initiative to overcome objections
· Strong IT skills are imperative, including the use of Microsoft Excel
· A positive work ethic
· A natural problem solver who is able to work well in a team and alone to meet targets
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incoming Data and Reporting queries and change requests, whilst ensuring any requirements are correctly obtained and relayed to the wider team. You will be required to maintain and run accurate reports from all of the business’ locations, whilst supporting the Data and Reporting team to increase the level of communication and exposure of the Data and Reporting team to the global business. You will also be expected to provide innovative ideas and support the drive for enhancements and improvements of the visualisation and distribution of data and reports.
