We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join the Aftersales department at a busy car dealership in Watford.This is an excellent opportunity to join the exiting automotive industry. The role will involve handling customers in a quick and efficient manner, dealing with customer enquiries face to face and on the telephone and liaising with the workshop. Good communication skills and clear manner required. Also good phone skills are important as you will be making service bookings and upselling additional products where appropriate and beneficial to the customer. YOU MUST HOLD A FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE, have good IT skills and have a background in customer service within any other industry. Salary is up to £22000 depending on experience and there is a bonus of up to £5000. The role is Mon-Fri with Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
