Job Title: Trainee Credit Controller
Salary: £24k

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone to join our brilliant, Burnley-based client in a Credit Controller position.
The role is a FTC for 15 months. You will be supporting the team with Cash Collection and Account Management.
In order to be suitable for this role, we need someone who understands finance and Credit Control and enjoys building and managing relationships.

What's the role?
Your role will be focused around collecting debt and overdue payments for the business.
This will be done via email and over the phone, so you must be confident speaking to lots of new people and building relationships.
You will also be a point of contact for any customer queries and ensure that they're all resolved promptly and accurately.
When and where will you be?
You will be based in the office initially, but after your probation period, you're able to work hybrid.
3 days a week in the office and 2 days a week at home.
