We are currently seeking an ambitious candidate to join our team as Trainee Client Support Administrator. The role will report to the Client Support Services Manager.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a busy team which is at the centre of all operational and transactional activity within HSBC's Trust operation in Jersey and gain a great understanding of Trust Company Business whilst working for one of the world's largest and most stable financial institutions. Full training will be provided.

In this role, you will have:

· Support the delivery of key tasks including account opening, maintenance of client data records, and appointment of Third Party Service Providers and Associated Persons.

· Work with other departments to facilitate delivery of administration service to clients

· Support with preparation of minutes/ resolutions/ other related documents/payments/distributions of a non-complex nature

· Observe and reinforce internal control policies and procedures and statutory guidelines as applicable to the role

· Assist in ad hoc projects


To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

· Work experience in the finance sector is an advantage

· Meticulous with a keen eye for detail

· Good communication skills, both written and spoken

· Fast learner with a positive attitude

· Team player with good interpersonal skills
