We are working with a leading main contractor to help find a Trainee Bid Writer to join their team where you will work collaboratively alongside the Bid Team to help develop strategic and captivating tenders . Full training and support will be provided.

To be successful in this role you will need to have a degree in any discipline, be ambitious, and have the willingness to learn. As a Trainee Bid Writer you will be responsible for creating and managing the content and submission of bids for new opportunities and re-tenders.
Key Responsibilities and previous experience include:
- Responding to SQ's, and tenders
- Develop bid strategies for re-tenders, new tenders,
- Creative and innovative writing in respect to the format and content of bids
- Coordinate the dissemination of best practices throughout bids
- Ensure best practice initiatives with clients are being recorded in a format for re-tenders including evidencing initiatives
- Manage submissions by supporting relevant stakeholders in order to design and produce the bid documentation to meet client needs Key Knowledge
- Preferably qualified to degree level or similar Key Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- high standard of written English
- Confident communication and people skills
- Able to work independently
- IT literate
- Proactive
- Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritise tasks
- Problem-solving
- Meet deadlines
- Attention to detail
