In-house design team based in Hertfordshire requires an enthusiastic Artworker to join their busy team. Applicant will need to have good skills in Illustrator with skills in Photoshop being a bonus. The key to this role is attention to detail with the majority of the role consisting of applying pre-designed artworks to new cutter guides for header cards, swing tags, boxes and other types of packaging ready for print. There will also be opportunity to have small design projects, therefore a commercial sense of design is essential."

Lovely company in Waltham Cross are looking for an Artworker to join a friendly in house design team. The role would suit a recent creative graduate. Experience of using Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and illustrator and Mac is required.

You must be enthusiastic organised and methodical and a quick learner and able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines. Any understanding of the print process also useful.

The job will involve Artworking a high volume of packaging including labels headers and colour boxes to send print ready files.

Checking and approving your own artwork from suppliers

Working closely with the buying team and suppliers from the far east

Mocking up packages to be displayed with the products in our on site showroom.

Opportunity to have input with design ideas.

Hours 9-5.30pm annual bonus and salary review which is negotiable. lunch supplied.
