Role:

Are you keen to develop your career in Financial Services and become a Financial Adviser?

Whether you are Diploma qualified, studying your R0’s, or looking for a career change, our client located near Newcastle-upon-Tyne, has an opportunity for you. Both employed and self-employed options are available.

You’ll be provided with:
· Full training
· Full back-office support with paraplanning, marketing, client servicing
· Supportive team of Advisers within the business
· Some clients however, the expectation and ability to generate your own clients is essential
· Depending on the individual, an opportunity to purchase a stake within the business in the future
· Once qualified, self-employed package is 75/25 split in the advisers favour, on all fees written
· Once qualified, employed option includes a base salary and additional bonus on anything above their target
· Target for advisers, expectations of (Y1 40k) (Y2, 80k) (Y3 120k)
· Receive (but do not own) 50% ongoing advice fees of any business written in the previous year, in the current year
· 25% - 75% of ongoing advice fees owned by adviser after 5 year period
