Trainee Administrator
Our client based near Gloucester Centre are currently recruiting for a Trainee Administrator to join their friendly and hardworking team on a temporary to permanent basis.
To apply for this role you must be keen, enthusiastic and have previous work experience whether this may be in retail, hospitality or in an office! You must also have A Level Qualifications. This role would be ideal for a recent school leaver, looking for a good opportunity - no experience required, full training will be provided.
Key Duties:
- Processing customer’s quotes and orders.
- Ensure all customer orders are scheduled in line with their requirements
- File all paperwork into jobs ready for invoicing
- Dealing with post
- General filing and administration duties
- Producing delivery notes
- Assisting with social media marketing
Key Skills:
- Self-motivated team player
- Accurate in data entry
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent IT skills
- Organised
- Educated to A-level standard with GCSE’s in Maths and English
Salary - £23,200 per annum
Hours - Monday to Thursday 8.15am - 4.45pm & Friday 8.15am - 3.45pm
