Our Finance Graduate Programme is a three-year Programme where graduates will get the opportunity to live and breathe finance and learn the foundations for a career in accounting & finance. Graduates will rotate through a number of roles within the Management Accounts team including accounts payable, accounts receivable and billing, developing knowledge of accounting principles, balance sheet reconciliations, management accounts, financial reporting and financial controls.

During the three years you will be able to complete your CIMA or ACCA professional qualification, assisted by our funded professional study package and with guidance from our current and recently qualified trainees. As a result, you will develop technical accounting and commercial skills, whilst gaining practical experience and receiving on-the-job training to complement the theoretical knowledge gained from your professional studies.

Our finance department incorporates a range of disciplines including management accounts, statutory reporting, tax compliance, data analytics, business partnering, financial planning & analysis and financial control, and so creates opportunities to continue a career at AJ Bell once qualified.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain invaluable work experience at one of the UK’s most respected financial services companies whilst receiving paid time to study for those recognised qualifications.
