We are looking for a trainee accounts assistant to join our growing firm. A suitable candidate will be looking for a role within a busy accountancy firm whilst studying to complete their AAT qualifications with a view to continuing to further professional accountancy qualifications.

Candidate will be supported throughout their studies and provided with relevant on the job training and experience.

The candidate will work as part of an accounts preparation team, reporting directly to the four directors. Daily duties will include preparation of accounts supporting schedules for individuals and limited companies, payroll compliance and preparation and submission of VAT returns, as well as general office administrative tasks such as emailing clients.

We are ideally looking for a candidate who is currently working towards their AAT Level 2 or 3 qualification.
