Job Responsibilities:

- Assisting senior accountants with the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and management accounts.

- Recording financial transactions accurately and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

- Conducting research and analysis to support decision-making processes.

- Assisting with audits and liaising with clients to gather necessary documentation.

- Participating in the implementation and maintenance of accounting systems and processes.

- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Requirements:

- Currently studying towards the AAT qualification or recently completed it.

- Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.

- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

- A strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
