Trade Support Analyst - Front Office based

CassonX are looking to identify someone who has experience of working directly with Traders, and supporting the lifecycle of trades. You must be experienced in a Trade Support or Middle Office type role, with strong appreciation for good reconciliations on daily basis. With preference to Credit / Fixed Income / Repo products, you must be able to demonstrate experience of working with exchanges and prime brokers to complete settlements of all transactions, and various forms of intraday reconciliations (cash, trades PnL and positions), investigating issues when they arise. Should you have any VBA, SQL or Python skills, then this is deemed highly advantageous, and preference will be given to those with degree education. Preference will be given to those with Marco product knowledge that also includes Cash Equity or Listed / Exchange Traded Derivatives knowledge.

This broad role will cover all aspects of a Front Office based Middle Office role, with some of the responsibilities including:

• Booking of trades and allocation of trades to clients / counterparties
• Reconciliation and investigation of breaks/discrepancies for positions, trades and cash.
• Overseeing settlement tasks relating to clearing and allocation systems
• Maintenance of Counterparty and Product Static Data
• Supporting corporate actions and lifecycle of events.
• Liaison with both external and internal clients for resolution of issues, as well as Traders, Exchanges, Counterparties and Prime Brokers for resolutions.
