Trade Marketing Manager - £60K- Hybrid (London) - Manufacturing Industry - FTC (8 months - with potential for extension)

I have exclusively partnered with a world-leading Manufacturing business that has a strong global reach in the beauty sector. We are looking for a strong and creative Trade Marketing Manager for an 8-month fixed-term contract with potential for extension due to their vast portfolio.

This is a crucial role to develop the trade marketing plans and direction for the business. You will be using your skillset to enhance customer experience and correlation to the brand shaping and execute bespoke retail marketing plans.

Key Responsibilities

·Take full ownership of the promotional calendar and take responsibility on delivering the retail goals.

·Develop the brand vision strategy with collaboration with the product and commercial teams.

·Lead the execution of the trade marketing omni-strategy, executing outstanding in-store and online presence with existing/new retail partners.

·You will also be responsible for a variety of programs such as Gift With Purchase.

Skills & Experience

·Trade marketing experience is essential.

·Strong understanding of the beauty sector or complex large FMCG businesses that work with retail partners/wholesalers.

·Excellent communication skills to work with the wider business and product and commercial teams for business objectives.

·Previous line management experience is advantageous as you will have 3 direct reports in this position.

·Be data driven with a hands-on, analytical approach.
