People Solutions are looking for a Trade Market Executive for our Client based in Sutton Coldfield.

Day to Day Duties

• Play a key role in developing and executing trade marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales growth with trade customers.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage relationships with key stakeholders, and implement initiatives that align with the company’s overall marketing and sales objectives.
• Working towards Trade Marketing Strategies
• Work with the Marketing Manager in developing and executing effective trade marketing activities to support the company’s sales goals and overall business objectives
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Commercial Teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels, aligning trade marketing initiatives with overall business strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers , understanding their needs and working collaboratively to develop joint marketing activities

Essential Skills

• Graduate level with previous experience in a similar marketing role
• Project management experience essential
• High degree of fluency with MS Office
• Confident personality with ability to manage and persuade at all levels
• Analytical, numeracy and creative skills
• An excellent communicator with strong presentation skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent command of written English with copy accuracy
• Well organised and self-motivated
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines
