Exclusive to Dawn Ellmore Employment. Our client is looking for a self-starter who can complete high volumes of Trade Mark and Patent administration work accurately and efficiently. This role will be suited to someone who enjoys their role and is looking to obtain that work life balance due to the remote working and flexible working option being available.

To be successful you will have at least 3+ years experience within trade mark administration and ideally patents, and be familiar with EPOline - if you have renewals experience too that would be looked upon favourably. As well as this, the successful individual will have an eye for detail, an organised approach to their work with excellent communication and accuracy skills.

  • Liaising with fee earners and clients alike, reminding them of deadlines
  • Updating in house database with required information
  • Providing additional support to other members of the team where required

The role is being offered working on a 100% remote working basis, which is now becoming a rare opportunity.

If you feel you meet these requirements, don’t hesitate to apply for this exciting opportunity!

Dawn Ellmore Employment aims to respond to all applicants, however due to the number of applications received this is regrettably not always possible. If you have not received a response within three working days, you may assume that your application has been unsuccessful on this occasion.
