We are currently seeking a Newly Qualified Trade Mark Attorney to join the dynamic and growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in advising a diverse range of clients on all aspects of trade mark law, including trade mark prosecution, opposition, and enforcement matters.

Key responsibilities:

• Advising clients on various aspects of trade mark law and strategy, including clearance searches, application processes, and protection strategies
• Preparing and filing trade mark applications with national and international registries
• Managing and prosecuting trade mark cases, including oppositions, cancellations, and appeals
• Providing legal opinions on trade mark infringement, validity, and enforceability issues
• Assisting with trade mark disputes, including litigation support
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes in trade mark law and practice
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships through excellent service

About you:

• You are a qualified Trade Mark Attorney
• You possess a strong academic background in law
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining complex legal matters clearly to clients
• You are highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently
• You demonstrate a keen interest in intellectual property law and a desire to continuously learn and develop in this area
• You are a team player, eager to contribute to the success of the firm and its clients
