Trade counter manager - electrical wholesale

You'll be joining a busy and successful branch of a National Electrical Wholesaler based near Docklands.

You will be responsible for:

* Ensuring each and every visitor receives a first class customer experience

* The Trade Counter is an essential part of the business, this is an opportunity to take full control and responsibility of this section of the business

* Achieving sales targets and looking for opportunities to increase sales wherever possible.

* Smooth running of counter sales including total customer satisfaction and ensuring repeat business, processing Sales Quotations & Sales Orders;

* Looking for someone who wants to progress to a staff management role

* Workings closely with a large customer base ensuring orders are completed accurately and to a high standard.

* To increase the turnover and profit of the branch through the development of both existing and new business.

* Someone who enjoys a challenge and can drive high levels of productivity.

* The role will involve calling regular spending accounts, re-contacting and activating dormant accounts

Key attributes;

* Previous electrical wholesale experience -

* Friendly & customer focussed

* Energetic and proactive

* Hard working

* Dedicated with ambition to progress within the company

* Commercially aware

Hours of work are Monday -Friday 7am-4.30 pm or 7am- 5pm and every other Saturday 8-12pm
