Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and analysis to support planning projects.
  • Prepare planning reports, assessments, and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with local authorities, stakeholders, and communities.
  • Assist in the development of urban planning strategies.
  • Participate in public consultations and meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Urban Planning or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in town planning.
  • Strong knowledge of planning regulations and legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in GIS and other planning software (preferred)
