Tour Coordinator
This successful and rapidly growing educational travel industry leader is looking for a Tour Coordinator to join their busy team. Organising educational and tours they are known for delivering excellent customer service and delivering a quality service.

Tour Coordinator Supervisor Role and Responsibilities

  • Organisation of each tour from confirmation to post tour feedback.
  • Communicating with internal and external suppliers by email and phone.
  • Producing all relevant paperwork for the tours including itineraries, invoices and travel packs.
  • Manage communication between Tour Coordinators and other departments.


Tour Coordinator Supervisor Skills and Experience Required

  • Experience in a similar role within educational travel desirable but not essential.
  • Strong administrative skills with an ability to manage and prioritise workload.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft packages.
  • Excellent communication skills.


Tour Coordinator Additional Information

  • Salary £24,000 depending on experience.
