We are currently representing a public sector body who are looking to recruit for a Total Reward Lead on a 6 month contract.The role is offering a competitive rate, between £400 - £600 per day dependant on experience.

This is full time position and will be mainly working from home with occasional travel to the Midlands.

Duties will include:

  • Overseeing the day to day operations and service delivery of the total reward team
  • Managing a department of 7, dealing with one to ones and performance management
  • Ensuring that pay and benchmarking complaints and grievances are dealt with
  • Dealing with internal and external stakeholders of various levels
  • Leading on a range of statutory obligations, including gender pay, pay uplifts and minimum wage uplifts
  • Acting as the Contract Manager for all benefit solutions

Working hours:

  • 35 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday
  • Can be flexible with working arrangement
