This is an excellent opportunity for a Toolroom Manager or Toolmaker to lead a team of experts, in a position with further career progression opportunities alongside ongoing training and a generous package. You will be responsible for leading the team that undertakes the service and repair of large production tools and presses. Due to the nature of the industry, familiarity with heavy production presses will be beneficial.

This role would suit someone with a strong background in Toolmaking looking to join a leading engineering company, in a role where you will have rare opportunities to advance your career from this already senior technical position.

The Role:

• Managing all toolroom activities and staff
• Collaborate with design departments and applying continuous improvement
• Demonstrate practical skills where necessary

The Candidate:

• From a Toolmaking background
• Competence in some form of CAD
• Able to deal with a variety of people across the business
