Timetabling Officer
Part Time Hours - 18.5 hours per week
Temporary, 3 months
- Responsible for timetabling courses
- Resolve scheduling and fitting queries or no-show scheduled events.
- Process online and manual room bookings.
- Data accuracy on to the system and in line with processes.
- Resolve day-to-day issues.
Experience
- Experience of working within an education or training environment (preferred but not essential)
- Demonstrable experience of timetabling and data requirements within an educational setting (preferred but not essential)
