I am working with a reputable client who is looking for a Time Clerk to join their Teesside team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within the construction industry and entering time data would be an advantage but not a necessity, they would also be available to start at short note or immediately.

Responsibilities:

  • Keep track of when employees clock in using the system and enter this data into our internal software
  • Enter data from original documents within specified timeframes
  • Gather, verify, and organise information to prepare it for computer entry based on priority
  • Check data for mistakes and correct them if possibles
  • Research and find additional information for incomplete documents
  • Scan and print documents as required
  • Maintain confidentiality of information
  • Answer questions and retrieve relevant files when requested
  • Follow data integrity and security policies

Other information:

  • Salary: - £26,000-£30,000 DOE
  • Full time: - 8/8:30am to 4/4:30pm (To be discussed)
