Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Machine Operative to join a highly successful family run Joinery company based in Andover. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established business. This role is an IMMEDIATE start and for the right candidate my client.

The duties and responsibilities will include as follows:
-Operate woodworking machinery including the Weinig 6 headed moulder, spindle moulder, and single-ended tenoner.
- Maintenance of the machine and tools
-Set up and adjust machines according to project specifications and wood material requirements.
-Machine timber hardwood and softwood to precise dimensions and profiles using the specified machinery.
-Ensure accuracy and consistency in machining processes to meet quality standards.
- Manual Handling
- Monday to Friday 07:30-17:30 (47.5 hours per week)

Requirements for the position:
- Previous experience in the Timber industry
- Manual Handling experience
