TikTok Shop Manager

Are you a TikTok superstar with a big focus on TikTok Shop? Do you have a genuine passion for beauty and the hottest trends? We have the job for you! A innovative beauty retailer based in the UK is on the hunt for a talented TikTok Specialist to join their growing team! This is a fully remote role too so can work anywhere in the UK!

The successful candidate will be accountable for creating on trend content and tracking all platform growth and campaigns as well as all product listings. The business is looking for a someone with a sound understanding and experience of networking, creativity, and social media channels with a specific focus on TikTok Shop. The TikTok Specialist will also have the opportunity to travel to various events, use the in-house studio and take advantage of the generous staff discount.

Main requirements

• Experience with managing Tiktok Shop is 100% essential - ideally 1-2 years
• Experience running TTS for a beauty/accessories/fast fashion retailer if possible, NOT just posting on TikTok Shop
• All-rounder who understands the whole Tiktok and Tiktok Shop eco-system
• Has ideally worked for a fashion or accessory brand on TTS

We’re looking for someone to take their Tiktok Shop to the next level:

• Work on the influencer/affiliate marketing side of things, setting up affiliate offers, recruiting and communicating with influencers etc
• Manage listings: Look through their full catalogues and decide which listings to carry over to TTS, then optimise those listings for TTS
• Work through existing listings on TTS and suggest which listings to remove if they haven’t done much for the last 12+ months or so
• Liaise with customers to work on removal of bad feedback and ensure maximum customer satisfaction
• Present lives and create content for their page, ideally multiple times per day, to boost sales further
• Possibly even to work with third parties to create UGC we can post on their own page
• Drive interaction, followers, comments, likes etc
