THE ROLE

As Ticketing Executive you will ultimately be responsible for delivering an efficient ticket distribution process to maximise event sales. Responsibilities will include:

• Effective use of the ticketing system to streamline the customer journey
• Managing ticket allocation and guest management systems
• Responding effectively to all client and customer enquiries
• Liaising with clients and third-party rights holders
• Liaising with internal teams regarding upcoming events
• Preparing event sales reports
• Onsite ticket resolution management (some weekends and evenings as required)

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have experience in ticketing and/or large-scale reservations using a ticketing system and will be used to providing exceptional customer service. You will be experienced using Excel and have high attention to detail.
