We are working with legendary and world renowned brand who is recruiting for a Ticketing Reporting Executive to join their Revenue team. You must have your own transport to travel to the property.

This role is all about taking events to the next level, ensuring every ticket sale contributes to an unforgettable experience for customers while maximising revenue streams.

You will take ownership by mastering and developing their ticketing system to enhance the online customer journey, championing customer care by resolving inquiries and gaining a comprehensive understanding of reporting processes to suggest improvements.

For this role, you will need to have knowledge of data interpretation and sales reporting to produce consistent and accurate information on event ticket activity and from analysing this data to identify trends and flagging any issues with purchase paths.

What you'll need:

  • Ideally experience in live events and familiarity with ticketing systems, with knowledge of Secutix being desirable
  • Knowledge of data interpretation and sales reporting
  • Proficiency in Excel at an intermediate level or higher, along with strong numeracy skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong organisational, time management & interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI is advantageous
