We are working with a leading insurance service provider based in Bolton, offering a range of products and services to brokers and customers across the UK. We are looking for a third party claims handler to join our team and help us deliver excellent customer service and claim resolution.

As a third party claims handler, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of motor and property claims from start to finish, liaising with customers, brokers, insurers, solicitors and other parties involved. You will also ensure that claims are handled in accordance with the policy terms and conditions, industry regulations and best practices.

To be successful in this role, you will need:



- A good knowledge of the insurance market and products

- A strong customer focus and communication skills

- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail

- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop
