Therapeutic Fostering Social Worker - Hybrid working

salary between £38,000 to £42,000 per annum, depending on experience

NonStop Care is working with a well established Independent Fostering Agency in the South London area, in order to help them find a permanent Fostering Social Worker.

They are a therapeutic fostering agency. As part of the team, there are therapists who are working closely with the Supervising Social Workers and with the foster families in order to provide the best level of care for the children. You will be supported to get your DDP qualification and you will have access to ongoing therapeutic training.

They have an Outstanding Ofsted rating so you will be part of a very nice working environment.

They offer the flexibility to do some of the work from home and some from their office, which is close to Croydon.

The responsibilities of the Therapeutic Supervising Social Worker will be to provide support and supervision to the foster carers. They are located mainly in the South London area.

The role also involves completing Form F Assessments.

Requirements:

Please apply if you are a Qualified Social Worker and if you have experience in working in fostering or within a LAC team. You must have a Social Work Degree and a driving license also.
