We have an exciting opportunity to work as part of a leading financial services company dedicated to delivering top-quality solutions in the industry. As a trusted partner, we are tasked with finding exceptional talent to fill the role of Test Lead within this prestigious organization.

The Test Lead will oversee test planning, execution, coordination, and reporting. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders and partners to deliver high-quality solutions. Starting ASAP, paying up to £80,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute test cases, coordinate UAT, and work closely with stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement of testing frameworks and embrace agile methodologies.
  • Understand business requirements, provide test estimates, and identify risks.
  • Embed best practices, including test automation and performance metrics.

Technical Skills & Knowledge:

  • ISEB/ISTQB Software Testing accredited or equivalent.
  • Experience with test management tools, Selenium, Specflow, Nunit, C#, SQL, etc.
  • Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, ETL testing, and CI/CD frameworks.
  • Familiarity with risk and defect management, browser compatibility testing, and XML.
  • MS Dynamics experience is advantageous.

Experience:

  • Leading Test Teams in an agile environment.
  • Experience with both automated AND manual testing is essential.
  • Writing detailed test scripts, full SDLC experience.
  • Test automation framework delivery, experience across CRM, document management, web portals, etc.
