Test Analyst

We are looking for a Test Analyst with great foundations in manual testing, who is interested in learning or expanding their automation testing skills in a fast-moving, complex environment, to join a reputable organisation in the highly regulated world of financial services / Insurtech, testing bespoke applications.

Your core characteristics need to include confidence, ability to learn quick, adaptable and 'can do’ to succeed in this brilliant team. You must bring exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - this is super important!

Our client is looking for the following in Test Analyst candidates:

• 2+ years’ experience in a manual Test Analyst role, with some automation testing experience a big bonus
• Application testing background including Software as a Service (SaaS) applications, CRM or Salesforce
• Jira - with Jira Xray desirable
• Ideally a blend of Agile and Waterfall exposure
• Ideally a background working for smaller, fast-paced organisations.

The salary offered for this Test Analyst position is up to £39,000 + an array of benefits, with on average just 1 day a month required in the Reading, Berkshire office which offers a great home/work life balance!
