A leading Independent IT Infrastructure and Services Consultancy is looking for a Test Analyst (Genesys Contact Center) for a 3-month contract initially, based in Hatfield (Hybrid- 2/3 days/wk)
Experience Required
Minimum 5 - years Senior Test Analyst and Defect Management experience, preferably with Genesys Contact Center Solutions, IVR, FED IM, CHAT.
Write and execute tests against various contact centre applications using the CC test management tool.
Raise defects with sufficient detail to hand over to the dev team.
Participate in the daily progress and defects, stand up and lead the meeting in the absence of the test manager
Feed into the Customer Migration Test Plans, Test Execution Schedules, and Test Reporting activities and lead these activities in the absence of the test manager
Good understanding of the SDLC
Understanding of Project Management Practices
ISTQB certification
Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively with project teams, business users and 3rd party vendors
