Position: Part-Time Tender Coordinator
Location: Banbury, UK (Close to the M40)
Salary: Up to £30,000 pro rata
Type: Part-Time ( our client can be flexible in terms of working hours)


Role Overview:

As a Part-Time Tender Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our operations by administering the tender documentation process, from receipt to final submission. You will also assist in preparing hand-over files and compiling tender presentation documents. This position offers flexibility in working hours and is ideal for candidates with experience in tender management, NHS, medical, or distribution sectors.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Administer the tender documentation process, including receipt, filing, and final submission.
  • Assist in the preparation of hand-over files for successful tenders.
  • Compile tender presentation documents to support the bid process.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all tender documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information for tender submissions.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in tender management, NHS, medical, or distribution sectors highly desirable.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Flexibility in working hours.
