Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per year Vacancy Type: Permanent

Role Description:
As a Housing Specialist, you will join a Customer Services Management Centre Team in the Newbury office. This is a full-time hybrid role, allowing you to work from home and be in the office at least two days a week.

Your responsibilities will include:

Handling complex housing queries.
Investigating issues for customers.
Collaborating with colleagues to find optimal solutions.
Addressing tenancy management queries related to safeguarding, anti-social behaviour, and tenancy breaches.
Engaging with customers via telephone, email, and digital channels.

Qualifications and Skills:

Previous Experience: Delivering a range of housing management services.
Self-Motivation and Organisation: Being highly organised and self-motivated.

Collaboration: Working effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Computer Literacy: Proficiency in using multiple computer systems.
Customer Interaction: Previous experience in a busy customer environment.
