Tenant liaison officer 

Location- Ashford Kent

Salary £140 a day ongoing contract

I am currently recruiting on behalf of carbon and water efficiency specialist for a customer liaison Officers based in Ashford Kent (TN23-27 CT ME TN) 

£140 a day through umbrella, 

ongoing contract, interview through a team's call with hiring manager starting ASAP. 

Tenant Liaison Officer is the main point of contact for tenants and will manage queries and complaints in a timely manner. The Tenant Liaison Officer is responsible for carrying out pre-entry visits/surveys to ensure appointments convert to installations, maximising the efficiency of the installation team.

Required skills.

· Previous experience of providing high level customer service to members of the public.

· At least 1 year customer service experience.

· Ability to interact sensitively with others.

· Using computers and computer systems to enter data, or process information.

· Effective complaints handling skills.

· Pro-active, self-motivated and knows when to seek guidance.

· Ability to work alone and as part of a team to achieve common objectives.

· At least 1 year customer service experience.

· A driving license and access to your own vehicle.

· A clean DBS check, reed will conduct this .

• Must have own transport.

• Canvassing and door to door experience

• No notice period to start asap.

• DBS

 working hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
