RBH currently have an opportunity for an Tenancy Sustainment Manager to join our Independence and Wellbeing Service to take responsibility for the day to day management of the Tenancy Sustainment Team, ensuring performance improvement and delivery against KPIs and service standards.
What you will be doing:
- Ensuring effective day-to-day case management of the tenancy sustainment service.
- Ensuring safeguarding concerns reported via our internal safeguarding duty line are managed in a timely and safe way.
- Completing regular case management reviews and ensure positive outcomes are being achieved for our customers.
- Ensuring effective partnership working is carried out.
- Enabling good record keeping.
- Working closely with our Neighbourhoods, Community Investment and Repairs services.
Who are we looking for?
- Experience of managing a Tenancy Support or Tenancy Sustainment Service.
- Experience of delivering services to provide effective case management to support individuals and families who have complex support needs such as self-neglect, enduring mental health illness, hoarding, addiction, debt and domestic abuse.
- Effective risk management, support planning and evaluation skills.
- Good understanding of safeguarding legislation and experience of managing a first line response to organisational wide safeguarding concerns.
- Ability to chair multi-agency meetings on behalf of RBH.
- Excellent communication and record keeping skills.
- Understanding of key legislation; The Care Act 2014, The Mental Capacity Act 2005, The Equality Act 2010, The Children’s Act 1989, The Domestic Abuse Act 2021, The Homelessness Reduction Act 2017
- Understanding of our diverse communities and the ability to adapt support provision accordingly.
