TENANCY COORDINATOR – Residential Estate Agency

Location:Earlsfield, SW18

Salary: £28k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

Working closely with the busy Lettings Department at their Earlsfield Office, our client is looking for competent, customer focused individual to join the team as a Tenancy Coordinator

Exceptional customer service skills are crucial as well as fantastic organisational abilities and great attention to detail. Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious individual who will work closely with their clients and customers to provide the best possible service.

This role is best suited to a quick thinking, team player who is adept in problem solving and has exceptional relationship building abilities.

It will involve handling, amount other things, tenant referencing, dealing with rent checks, deposit returns, check ins / outs, tenancy agreements and communication with all parties as well as assisting both the lettings and property management departments.

Skills: The skills required for this Tenancy Coordinator (Residential Lettings) role will include:

• Previous experience in Residential Property Lettings / Lettings Admin
• Excellent customer service
• Strong organisational skills
• Ability to prioritise
• Knowledge of the Lettings process & Notices
• Ability to build strong business relationships
• Confident in liaising with other sectors
• Ability to work alone and as part of a team
