Temporary Pricing Specialist

Overview:

Our client is looking for a Temporary Pricing Specialist to assist the company with relevant IT and pricing issues for 2 - 4 weeks. The right person for this job should be highly skilled in excel and all-round IT knowledge.

• £19 - £22 Per Hour
• 40-hour week

Job specification:

• Raising IT tickets on an IT portal - Intact IQ
• Liaising with staff across the whole company and taking notes of their issue and raising tickets with the relevant IT department
• Investigation of issues and errors on the CRM Software intact IQ
• Product and pricing queries investigation - liaising with all suppliers
• Managing excel price lists - getting it to a suitable stage of being uploaded onto the system
• Using Vlooks-up and complex formulas in excel to get the pricing to reflect correct discounts
• Working across multi-currency price lists
• Uploading price lists onto the CRM software Intact IQ
• Managing set up or product making sure correct discounts / mark up applied
• Support with new version software update
• Creating new users on Intact IQ as well as email set up and hosted desktop environment support.

Person specification:

• Great excel and IT knowledge
• Self-Starter
• Confident yet not afraid to ask questions
