About Our Client

Our client operates a group of companies across the UK and are hiring a payroll specialist for their centralised accounts department on an ongoing temporary basis. You will be solely responsible for the payroll processing of the company monthly payroll.

Job Description

  • Overseeing the payroll and ensuring all processes are carried out efficiently
  • Ensuring compliance with payroll regulations and company policies
  • Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering employee queries
  • Maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of payroll information
  • Collaborating with HR and Accounting teams

The Successful Applicant

  • Comprehensive knowledge of payroll software and systems
  • Proven track record in similar role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • A meticulous attention to detail
  • The ability to handle confidential information
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel

This role is available for an immediate start and has scope to become a permanent contract.
