We are recruiting for a part time temporary Administrator for a human rights charity. You will need strong administration, PA skills and worked with CEOs and Trustees . This is a 2 day a week role .

Working in the Office

The Role
General administration , processing invoices, using Excel spread sheets
Supporting with office facilities eg reporting maintenance issues and arranging for maintenance visits with external maintenance companies
Supporting with administration for our board of trustees and senior management; arranging meetings, remotely and in person , taking minutes, supporting with preparing documents

The Candidate
Experience in PA or Administration
Minute taking
Board meetings
Strong IT skills and good use of Excel
Experience working with a CEO and Trustees a
