Temporary Marketing Manager – OX11 – £25.00 Per Hour + Holiday Pay - Ref 22986

Are you an experienced Marketing Manager looking for an exciting new opportunity?

We have registered this fantastic temporary role with our impressive and innovative client! Working within their busy Marketing Team, you will be responsible for supporting an exciting innovation programme, delivering exceptional engagement activity that drives positive change.

You will use your creative, written, negotiation and collaboration skills to deliver effective and impactful campaigns that target diverse audiences.

Starting as soon as possible, following a successful interview, this role will be ongoing for three to six months initially.

Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start immediately, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.

Temporary Marketing Manager Responsibilities

  • Working colleagues to design and deliver marketing campaigns that will achieve client and company objectives
  • Capturing and sharing stories of how the company has engaged effectively to drive positive societal and sustainable change
  • Being creative in delivering innovative campaigns, using a combination of consumer and business facing initiatives
  • Collaborating across the company, ensuring that cross-company skill sets are deployed and company strategy and values are key to every campaign.
  • Budget time and expenditure effectively, ensuring that project owners are aware of any changes to forecast or anticipated outcomes well in advance of project closure.
  • Setting objectives for campaigns and measure success against objectives
  • Reaching and engaging new audiences

Temporary Marketing Manager Requirements

Alongside, eexceptional marketing, business developing or communications campaigns experience, you will have the following:

  • Proficient working across media, digital, experiential, PR, culture, social and with external agencies.
  • Confident working within and across teams, influencing internal and external stakeholders.
  • Holistic skillset including key messaging, exceptional copywriting, astute brand and design awareness and project management.
  • Able to excel when dealing with ambiguity, complexity and working within a fast-paced, innovative, and matrixed environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate confidently and build effective relationships with colleagues, clients and partners.

Our client is located near Didcot (OX11). There is onsite parking.
