We are currently seeking a Temporary Receptionist to join our client's thriving team in Dundee on a adhoc assignment. Various shifts are available both midweek which is 8.30am - 5pm with weekend shifts also required covering sat 9-5 and Sunday 12-5.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner

- Answer and direct phone calls in a timely and polite manner

- Maintain a tidy and organised reception area

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed

- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings

- Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing

What we are looking for:

- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively

- Professional demeanour and appearance with a friendly and welcoming personality
