RSR are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Guildford for a Temporary Floating Support Worker.

This is a full time, temporary position, offering an hourly rate of £13.12.

Main Duties:

  • Provide tailored support to individuals residing in 'move on' properties.
  • Assist clients in developing essential life skills and accessing community resources.
  • Conduct regular assessments to identify needs and develop support plans accordingly.
  • Advocate for clients' rights and ensure they receive appropriate services.
  • Collaborate with other agencies and professionals to provide holistic support.

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a support role is essential.
  • Access to own car is required for this position.
  • Comfortable with hybrid roles and lone working.
  • Must possess an enhanced DBS with Adults Barred List clearance
