Executive Assistant - 6 Week Holiday Cover
  • Pay: £18-21ph
  • Location: South-East London
  • Start Date: 2nd April
  • Duration: 6 weeks
  • Hours: 9am-5pm (1-hour lunch break)

Join one of the finest creative universities in South-East London as an Executive Assistant for a 6-week holiday cover placement. IAs an EA you will be supporting a team of five executives alongside two other EAs, ensuring the smooth running of their schedules.

Main Duties:
  • Extensive diary management for executives (primary focus of the role).
  • Taking notes and scheduling for all executive members.
  • Handling ad-hoc duties and tasks as required.
  • Assisting with candidate check-ins for interviews.
  • Ability to manage multiple diary management. 
Candidate Requirements:
  • Must have proven credibility and experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality on all aspects of workload
  • Proactive ‘can-do’ approach
  • Attention to detail and highly capable of multi-tasking.
  • Strong working knowledge of all Microsoft applications
  • Great telephone manner

Successful candidates must be available for a screening call with HR on Tuesday, 26th March and be able to attend an interview on Wednesday, 27th March.
