Temporary Events Support

We are working with a sporting events company who are looking for a Temporary Customer Service assistant to support them with an upcoming event.

They are looking for the someone who has experience working in a customer service position with a positive, hardworking, and confident attitude.

JOB ROLE: Team Assistant

Dates: 4TH, 5TH, 6TH MAY

HOURS:

SATURDAY 4TH MAY:

• 6AM-12PM
• 12PM-5PM
• 12PM-10PM

SUNDAY 5TH MAY:

6AM-12PM

6AM-4PM

3:30PM-10PM

MONDAY 6TH MAY:

6AM-1PM

6AM-4PM

3:30PM-7:30PM

SALARY: £13.15 per hour

LOCATION: Kensington Olympia

DUTIES:

• Assist in a smooth check-in process for competitors, using an IPad.
• Provide all incoming competitors with their starting bib number, race merchandise vouchers, timing chips, venue support and all other information.
• Providing wrist bands and other equipment that is needed for the event
• Providing refreshments should they be needed

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

• Experience working in a customer service position
• Well-spoken and well-presented
• Good communication and organisation skills
• Positive, hardworking, and confident attitude
